This package has everything you need to get started using an efficient system to track your bookkeeping. We start from the ground up and turn your stack of bills, statements, and envelopes into a streamlined accounting system. If you’ve never used an accounting system before, or if you’re too overwhelmed to deal with all the paperwork, this is the package for you! Solid Rock will:

  • Create a QuickBooks file for your company and record beginning account balances
  • Enter all accounting transactions and reconcile the bank accounts based on your corporate year
  • Set up your QuickBooks preferences and user IDs to reflect your current accounting requirements
  • Import all necessary company, customer, vendor, and employee data into the system
  • Enter any sales items, sales tax information, inventory items, and quantities on hand that you provide

Emerald

Once you have an accounting system in place, we will organize your bookkeeping so you know exactly what comes in and out of your accounts each month. We’ll properly categorize every line on your bank and credit card statements so understanding your spending becomes a breeze. You’ll also receive monthly financial statements detailing your business’s patterns. On a monthly basis, we will:

  • Enter all accounting transactions into your QuickBooks company file
  • Includes checks, deposits, and other transactions affecting the checking and credit card accounts
  • Perform bank reconciliation for the checking account to track each transaction
  • Balance credit card statements to identify all expenses
  • Prepare monthly financial statements based on income and expenses

Ruby

This package gives you everything you need to step into the role of CFO and make educated, informed financial decisions for your business. It includes every item in the Steady Growth Package with a few more layers added in. In addition to more detailed transaction reporting and cash flow tracking, we’ll also help you understand and improve your spending patterns. Every month, Solid Rock will:

  • Enter all accounting transactions into your QuickBooks company file
  • Includes all transactions affecting the checking and credit card accounts (checks, deposits, etc.) estimates, invoices, credit memos, customer transactions, vendor transactions, bills, item receipts, credit card charges, and purchase orders
  • Perform bank reconciliation for your checking account to track each transaction
  • Balance credit card statements to identify all expense
  • Enter adjusting journal entries when necessary
  • Prepare monthly financial statements based on income and expenses
  • Includes in-depth analysis to help you understand your financial picture and guide your future decision-making

Payroll Services

Payroll is one of the first places to outsource if you’re looking to save time and frustration. Solid Rock’s payroll services not only makes sure every employee is paid accurately and on time, but also that all your appropriate taxes are filed with agencies when needed. With this package, we will:

  • Pay your employees on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis
  • Using checks or direct deposit
  • Prepare accrued payroll liabilities payment using EFTPS
  • Prepare the federal unemployment tax deposit, on a quarterly basis
  • Prepare and file federal payroll tax return and state unemployment return, on a quarterly basis
  • Prepare yearly federal unemployment tax return, employee W-2s, W-3 transmittal, and vendor 1099s
